We accept most major insurance plans. At Slater Family Dentistry we do all the work for you when it comes to submitting the claim to the insurance companies making reimbursement as simplified as possible. United Health Care, Delta Dental, MetLife, Cigna, and Blue Cross Blue Shield are all insurances we are referred providers for.

Patient Loyalty Plan

We understand that many dental insurance plans do not meet the needs of patients and often cover very little of what our patients actually need. That’s why at Slater Family Dentistry we have an in house plan that was created with one principle in mind, and that is to bring affordable dentistry to our patients with NO deductibles, No yearly maximums, and provides far more coverage than any insurance plan does.
